The third of five exclusive videos as part of the Game Informer exclusive feature is now available. This video goes into more detail on how treasure hunting works. Continuing to venture through Eldin Volcano, the first thing we see is a small blue block with the bird crest on it. In the Nintendo 3DS conference, Link raises and charges his sword to unleash a charged vertical slice. In this footage, Link uses the same attack on this block, and after striking it, the block disappears and this ball of light shoots into the sky. Read more after the jump.

After Link strikes these two blue blocks, Link uses a bird statue to take to the sky. As soon as Link is on his bird, the map of the sky is shown, which reveals that the purple icons are in fact the location of the treasure chests that have appeared after striking those blocks.

After clicking the treasure icon, Link immediately appears at the spot, though clicking the icon doesn’t seem to take you there instantly, rather it makes a light blue ray appear to guide Link to the treasure chest. Upon reaching the small floating island, Link jumps off his bird and abseils to the island, similar to abseiling in Wii Sports Resort. And of course you need to use the sailcloth to land safely. The last couple of seconds, Link opens the chest, but the video ends before Link turns around and shows what was inside it.
