In the last DLC pack for Hyrule Warriors Legends, many costumes are available via the Lorule adventure map. The map provides more hours of gameplay, as well as a chance to try out the new characters. In the video above, you can see each costume available in the new update. They’re all alternate color palettes, which makes sense, seeing as Lorule is an alternate world to Hyrule…

If you want some throwback to the glorious Gameboy era, look no further than Hyrule Warriors Legends, as a Link’s Awakening DLC pack has been released. YouTube user GamesBrained takes on the challenge to review this nostalgia-inspiring DLC pack.

In the video he takes notes of several details regarding, among other things, the addition of a Koholint Island map to the adventure mode. Even though it wasn’t easy implementing the map into the small screen view, there are a LOT of areas and secrets in there…

Since Hyrule Warriors Legends has brought the Wii U experience to the 3DS, Nintendo and Koei Tecmo have made use of the SpotPass feature to bring extra bonuses to players. The latest bonus is pretty nice, and includes not only a lot of Rupees, but a new fairy as well. I personally don’t use the My Fairy system that much, but I really should take advantage of it. I’ve heard good things about the mechanic. Anyways, check out the full list…

Recently, a sheet of the mugshots for Hyrule Warriors Legends was released. Aside from including a pretty hysterical picture of Dark Tingle, we were also given the last three names of the DLC characters for HWL. I am sad to say, Groose is not one of the characters announced. As one redditor put it, Nintendo continues to refuse the existence of one of the greatest pompadours ever created (the other being Space Dandy). Regardless, the list lines up with what we have been told previously

If you’ve been waiting for a big discount before diving into Hyrule Warriors Legends, than look no further as it is now on sale for $28.17 over on Amazon, marking a 30% discount. In our review of the game I touted it as the superior version, despite the lack of HD, draw distance, and enemy count in comparison to Hyrule Warriors for Wii U. This is a pretty solid overall deal for the title and given how games like this aren’t discounted often, this is a great time to bite the bullet. I know I’ll be playing my copy a fair bit as I wait in lines during E3…
