christmas_with_link_and_tetra_by_heroine_of_time_7-d342p35 Welcome once again to another Christmas editorial! This is the second and last part of the Christmas in Hyrule series. This time we will be covering the Hidden Village, Zora’s Domain, and Castle Town.

So, let’s get started! First off we have the Hidden Village. There wouldn’t be any decorations around because, well, as far as we know that old lady never moves from her spot, and cats can’t put up decorations, as awesome as that would be. The cats would all be wearing little Santa hats, each made specifically to fit them, so that the hats won’t fall off. The old lady would make special treats for all of the cats, according to their personal tastes. People from Kakariko would bring in a Christmas dinner for the old lady, as she doesn’t have anyone to make her a big Christmas feast.

Next is Zora’s Domain. Here, there’s not much in the way of decorations, but everyone is giving each other gifts, and is in a festive mood. On Christmas day, a meal is prepared, made primarily out of Hylian Loach and Reekfish. The stench of the Reekfish attracts Yeta and Yeto, and they come down to visit, bringing some of their famous soup.

Time for the big finale! Castle Town is decorated the most extravagantly. Lights of every color cover every open surface. In the very center of Castle Town, on top of the now covered fountain, is the most gigantic Christmas tree you have ever seen. On the tree are thousands of strands of lights, several hundred ornaments, and at the top, a lit-up Hylian Crest. The sound of people celebrating can be heard throughout the town, with most of it coming in the general direction of Telma’s Bar, not to point any fingers. On Christmas day, people celebrate inside their homes with their families, exchanging gifts, and visiting with one another.

So that’s all for Christmas in Hyrule! Next Wednesday’s editorial will be posted on Christmas day! I’m not gonna spill the beans quite yet on what it’s on, so you’ll just have to wait and see! See you then!

What did you think of my ideas for what Christmas would be like in Hyrule? Let us know in the comments!
