From Hyrule to Holodrum, the Zelda universe stretches across many lands and kingdoms.  Some are filled with rolling hills and deep valleys, while others are covered by vast oceans reaching to all corners of the map.  Either way, these places offer ample opportunity for adventure!

Hyrule itself is the primary location in the Zelda series but that takes nothing away from the lands outside of its boundaries and physical existence.  One of my favorite places is Termina from Majora’s Mask, and if given the opportunity, I’d love to return there in a future Zelda game.  Termina was well designed for its era, however I do believe that it could be fully realized now that Nintendo have ventured into open world territory.

It would be amazing to see Clock Town in all of its bustling glory — a true hub of livelihood.  I’d particularly like to see Ikana Canyon in finer detail too.  There are loads of ways to inject excitement into that area! How about some Garo Ruins that have been taken over by a band of thieves?  Or another interesting inclusion would be an actual village with lots of rewarding side-quests.  It would be great to see Zora Cape remade as well. It could be such a beautiful location if Nintendo stuck to a similar but more intricate design than the original version.

But what about you?  Which kingdom in the Zelda universe would you like to return to?  Would it be Lorule after its repair?  Or perhaps you’d like to sail the Great Sea again?  Either way, let us know in the comments below!
