Check Out the Hyrule Warriors Legends Treasure Box Edition in Newly Released Footage

Koei Tecmo has shown off the Premium Box Edition and Treasure Box Edition of Hyrule Warriors Legends, and new footage has appeared online. Just like with the original version of Hyrule Warriors, the new game comes with some sweet goods that are only available through these special editions of the game. In this video, Koei Tecmo brings out some of the limited edition items in a stage event at the Tokyo Game Show.

From the Premium Box Edition, we see the compass-style pendant watch, which looks super cool. The fact that it’s a functioning watch is even cooler. Then, we get to see the part I was most excited about: the ocarina. Based on the sound, it appears to be a plastic ocarina that looks very similar to the Ocarina of Time, other than the fact that it’s gold. Though it’s completely playable, it seems to be more of a collector’s item than anything.

The Treasure Box also comes with a fairy plush, and both boxes include the art book. For the release of the original Hyrule Warriors, both boxes were made available in Europe and America at participating retailers (unfortunately, the only American retailer was in New York City).
