In celebration of the Nintendo Classic Mini: Famicom (NES Classic Edition here in the West), Famitsu has published a special issue. On the back of this special issue, you may see something that catches your eye. Here we see an ad for Breath of the Wild, with the Nintendo Switch and Wii U logos to boot. This appears to be the first time the Nintendo Switch logo has appeared on an advertisement.

There are three screenshots accompanying the promotion, with the text saying “Once more to Hyrule” according to Nintendo Everything. Nintendo really wants to hit the message home that this game is tied to the original, which released 30 years ago. In the gallery below, the front cover is also displayed. While it doesn’t have anything Breath of the Wild-related, it is nice to see nonetheless.
