Hyrule Warriors Gameplay Features Lana Fighting With a Deku Stick

Recently, we’ve been given a lot of gameplay videos from the upcoming Hyrule Warriors, and today is no exception. This time, we are getting a look at the popular magic user who has been getting too little attention, Lana. The video is in Japanese, but we get to see a decent amount of her attacks as well as how she, Princess Agitha, and Midna become connected in the game.

Don’t let her frail appearances fool you. From what I’m seeing out of the video, Lana is sure to be a glass canon. One thing of note is her usage of the Deku Stick as a Bo Staff. Her attacks are fluid, cover a relatively large attack area, and even have the ability to become a ranged attack. Her magic spells include some massive nature based attacks as well as a nostalgic “spiritual cameo” of sorts.

I won’t give too much away so you can have a chance to see it for yourself in the above video. Before, I wanted to play as Lana because her character seemed fun and vibrant, but now I can add that I want to play as her because she will bring so much beautiful pain to my enemies.
