Caption Contest 020: “Pet the Link”

It’s Monday again, which means that it’s time for another Caption Contest. I apologize for anyone I may have inconvenienced by posting the contest so late today, but my family came in to visit for my birthday so that took up a good portion of my afternoon. Last week, a number of you did a great job creating some witty banter between Zelda and Impa. As always, the winners from last week can be found below. This time around, we are revisiting the ever-expressive Toon Link and Zelda. Toon Link’s appearance in the Caption Contest has always been a great time for me. His wide-eyed expressions and your impressive creativity always produces some fantastic results, and I can’t wait to see them. Leave your best in the comments section below and I’ll see you next week.

Here are the updated guidlines:

• Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages. PG-13 is my limit.
• Keep the image as close as possible to it’s original form (minimal photo editing). This is the Caption Contest, our Photoshop Contest is held on Fridays.
• If you don’t have the ability to edit the image, just leave it as a comment. We make sure to have a separate list of winners for this category.
• Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Informer. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another…and that’s OK.
• Have fun and be creative!

If you accidentally post as a guest, simply log in and reply to your comment with your username. If you post your caption as an image and it doesn’t load, wait 5-10 minutes and check back, it usually just takes a few minutes to load properly. Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites and maybe you will be one of next week’s winners!

  Impa: “Yes. Some people get overshadowed and are biased with who they upvote as well. That’s why I’ve brought our marching proxies behind us.”.
