So it begins, the last of our semifinal matchups. The last semifinal ended with Midna topping Epona, and this time around we have two companions from the same game vying for a spot in the finals. Medli takes on The King of the Red Lions, in what could be a matchup for the ages. This is Medli’s second time facing a fellow opponent from The Wind Waker. Can she win again, or will King of the Red Lions sail on to the finals? Head inside to vote!

After a short delay between rounds due to a small vacation I took (called midterms), we kick off round two of ZVS with Epona facing off against Dimitri. The real question is, which one advances to Round 3?

Round one is coming to a close, as Navi faces off against Tatl in our 7th matchup. This will surely be a heated battle, since both fairies played fairly important yet similar roles in two of the most popular games this series has ever produced. Navi will always be “Hey, Listening” her way into my dreams and Tatl will always be there, reminding me how much she misses her companion. Head inside to vote!
