Heatoise are enemies featured within Spirit Tracks.
Heatoise are fire-based turtles that are found within the Fire Temple. When Link first encounters them, he will find them in a room with Winders. If Link tries to hit Heatoise or simply comes near him, the Heatoise will coil up into its shell and will spin towards Link. Link must move around the room so that the spinning Heatoise will miss him, and spin right into a Winder. This will cause the enemy to be stunned momentarily and Link can slash away with his sword.
Once Link acquires the Bow he can simply shoot an Arrow at Heatoise to defeat it easily.
