Ergtorok are sand-based versions of the Octive found within the Sand Temple of Spirit Tracks.

These sand creatures will burrow underground if Link tries to attack them directly or if he reflects rocks back at him. Instead, Link must use the Sand Wand beneath the Ergotorok. This will stun the enemy for a period of time, making it vulnerable to Link's basic sword attacks.
