Uses | Ammo for the Slingshot |
Deku Seeds are the pick-up items used for the Slingshot in Skyward Sword and Ocarina of Time.
Appearances
Ocarina of Time
Deku Seeds can be bought in stores or found after defeating enemies, such as Deku Babas. They are used as ammunition for Link's Slingshot.
Skyward Sword
The Deku Seeds return again as the ammunition for Link's Slingshot or Scattershot. Throughout Skyward Sword, Link can upgrade his Seed Satchel so that he can carry additional Deku Seeds.
Like in Ocarina of Time, seeds can be given as spoils when defeating certain enemies. In areas of the Faron Woods and Deep Woods, there are certain trees that when rolled into, will drop a shell containing Deku Seeds on the inside.
