A Bomb Bag is an item that has appeared in eight Zelda games to date. It is basically the item that holds all of Link's Bombs.

Bomb Bag Upgrades

Bomb Bags can usually obtain various upgrades throughout each game. Doing so usually involves a side-quest, something like a challenge or mini game.

Ocarina of Time

The original Bomb Bag in Ocarina of Time is found in the Dodongo's Cavern, and it comes with a max capacity of 20 bombs.

Upgrades

Link can get both upgrades to the Bomb Bag by either stopping the rolling Goron (Hot Rodder) while he is beneath the over hang. He will give Link both upgrades if you can manage it.

Link can also receive both upgrades as rewards at the Bombchu Bowling Alley.

Majora's Mask

The Bomb Bag can be simply bought from the Bomb Shop in West Clock Town, and for a very mild 50 Rupees.
