Shell Spinners are enemies that appear in Phantom Hourglass, found exclusively within Mutoh's Temple.
These shells will spin around the room, bouncing off of basically everything. Unfortunately, Link cannot defeat them without the Hammer. Once he does get the Hammer, one smack will flip them upside down in which they can easily be defeated.
