Mayor Dotour is a male character featured within Majora's Mask, whom is the mayor of Clock Town. He resides in the Mayor's Residence with his wife, Madame Aroma. Although he is shy and indecisive, he has quite the heart and makes a great mayor for Clock Town. During the events of Majora's Mask, he has trouble when trying to settle an argument between Mutoh and Captain Viscen about whether or not to evacuate Clock Town. Mutoh is against the evacuation of Clock Town, while Viscen is for it. If Link interrupts this argument by wearing the Couple's Mask, the argument will be settled and Mayor Dotour will thank Link by giving him a Piece of Heart.
