The Biggest Bomb Bag makes an appearance in both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.
Ocarina of Time
The Biggest Bomb Bag can be recieved in either Stop Hot Rodder Goron's wild rolling in Goron City under the big overhang or as an award in the Bombchu Bowling Alley as one of five prizes. The Biggest Bomb Bag will allow Link to hold up to 40 Bombs.
Majora's Mask
When Link walks to the Goron Village, he can talk to the Business Scrub. But he only focuses on his marketing efforts on Gorons. Link will have to wear the Goron Mask to catch his attention. The Business Scrub will sell it for 1000 Rupees, but if Link have the Big Bomb Bag with him, Link can give him the Big Bomb Bag and pay 200 Rupees instead. The Biggest Bomb Bag will allow Link to hold up to 40 Bombs.
