This is the first version of the guide to The Legend of Zelda published by Futami Shobo. It is a preview guide, covering only a portion of the overworld and dungeons 1-3 in full depth, but nothing on the later dungeons or the rest of the overworld.

Two later updates of the guide, published on May 25th 1986 and in 1987, covered increasingly larger portions of the game.
