The weapon is formed by fusing a variety of weapons with a Captain Construct III Horn. A common fuse variety is with a Mighty Zonaite Spear and a Captain Construct III Horn. This weapon has a power of 43, but the actual strength of a Captain III Spear will be dependent on what items are fused together.
In addition to fusing these manually, this can also be found in treasure chests located in the Faron Grasslands and the Water Temple around enemy constructs. The actual tier of the weapon will depend on your World Level.
