Some of the greatest forms of art are often times video game fan art, especially art inspired from The Legend of Zelda series. This stunning piece on the left along with several others will be displayed in the upcoming 3NES exhibit this Friday amongst  many more Nintendo fan art interpretations from Mario to Metroid and plenty more, these artists will be displaying their works of art in hopes of winning an NES with a couple of classic games. Link’s Blacklist was a project to collect art for the enemies and bosses in the entire Legend of Zelda series over at Game Art HQ. It is a massive undertaking and it has now compiled it’s second batch of offerings. The end goal is to eventually have one piece of fan art for every enemy and boss in every single game, but they feel that it will take years to pull that together. That being said, inside we have all of the available art they have posted thus far from over 50 different artists. It is one impressive collection. This is one project we are going to keep our eyes on.

YouTube User SPENSICUS has recently uploaded a 5-6 minute video on drawing Fado from the Wind Waker from scratch. Drawing manga is one of my favourite hobbies as well as playing games and working with Zelda Dungeon. The image you can see to your left is the end result of Fado, but you can make the jump below to see the construction of the image yourself.
