Zelda's Letter is a quest item that have appeared in Ocarina of Time and Spirit Tracks. Zelda's Letter, as the name suggests, is a letter given to Link by Princess Zelda.

Appearances

Ocarina of Time

After Link defeats Queen Gohma Inside the Deku Tree, the Great Deku Tree informs Link that Princess Zelda is found in the Hyrule Castle Courtyard waiting for him. When Link advances to Princess Zelda, she will bestow her letter upon Link with her autograph signed on it in order to proof it is from her, as a Royal Decree. Link can show it to the Keaton Mask Soldier in Kakariko Village to be allowed to enter the Death Mountain Trail.

Spirit Tracks

After the ceremony where Link becomes promoted to Royal Engineer, Princess Zelda secretly slips Link a letter. The letter states that Princess Zelda privately wants to meet Link and includes a map showing the way to her chamber. The letter concerns Chancellor Cole, as Princess Zelda suspects that Chancellor Cole is hiding something and planning something terrible.
