The Stationery is the second item obtained in Oracle of Ages Trading Sequence.
When Link goes to the Lynna Village in the Past, he will head over to the house besides the steps that lead up to Ambi's Palace, where he can enter to find the Postal Service Man standing in a corner besides a table. Link talks to him and he says that he must deliver mail but don't know what time it is and when Link provides him the Poe Clock, he will give Link the Stationery in return and will rush out of the house.
The Stationery is later traded for the Stink Bag
