Tatl: "It's a Snapper! The way these things move, they never expose the weak part of their body!"
Snapper are giant turtles that are only vulnerable underneath their shell, so they will try to use their whole body to their advantage. Try to keep your view towards the center of the room when fighting more than one so you can see them all coming towards you.
Since the goal is to hit underneath their belly, you have to flip them first. To do so, you can use a Goron Stomp, Bombs, or the Deku Launchers (flowers) to hit their belly directly.
