Mayor Dotour is a character in Majora's Mask, whom is the mayor of Clock Town. He resides in the Mayor's Residence. Although he is shy and indecisive, he has quite the heart and makes a great mayor for Clock Town. When having problems, he's arguing with the Boss Carpenter and Captain Viscen about whether or not to evacuation Clock Town. If Link interrupts this argument by wearing the Couple's Mask, the argument will settle and Mayor Dotour will thank Link and give him a Piece of Heart.
