"Sword damage +1, Damage taken -1"

— In-Game Description.[1]

The Green Ring is a Magical Ring that Link can obtain in Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages. It is a rare ring that combines the abilities of both the Red Ring and the Blue Ring. When equipped, Link will do 50% more damage with his attacks, as oppose to the 100% more damage that the Red Ring does. When equipped, the damage Link takes will decrease by 25%, as oppose to the 50% when the Blue Ring is equipped.

The Green Ring is one of the most rare rings to encounter on your quest. The only way to acquire this ring in either game is from a Gasha Tree or from bumping into Maple. Gasha Trees and Maple will occasionally drop Seed Rings, and by chance one could turn out to be a Green Ring. Unfortunately these are quite random and it is very rare that you will acquire such a ring.
