Description
A wondrous stone said to have been dropped by the goddess herself. Finding one of these items is an extremely rare occurrence. Presumably, it's used to upgrade items in the Scrap Shop.

- Goddess Plumes can be won on Bamboo Island located in the northern area above the clouds, the mini-game is inside a house, you have to slash a bamboo tower many times (at least 28, though you may end up getting a Blue Bird Feather or a Golden Skull instead) in order to get the Plume, the mini-game costs 10 Rupees.
