A Camper is a character from A Link to the Past.

A Link to the Past
This man always sleeping under the bridge that located to the East of Link's House. To reach him, Link must go above the bridge, and walk to the right until he found a place where he could jump into the river. Once Link are in the river, he must swim back towards the bridge and eventually under the bridge.
Under that bridge, Link can found a small piece of land where a camper has set up a bonfire and tent. If Link wake him up, he will gives Link an empty Bottle[1].
