Riogok Shrine, also known as Force Transfer, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.
The Shrine is located in Central Hyrule.
Force Transfer
This shrine is another assembly puzzle;
connect the gears with the pole to open the first door using ultrahand,
connect the pole to the switch and flip it to open the second door using ultrahand,
and use ultrahand to connect the poles to the platforms perpedicularly to make the one push the other, using one of the two remaining poles to extend the reach of the platform, making the gear periodically push it up.
use ascension to pop through to the top platform to get to the end.
