The Fall Headwaters is a location from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, situated up the fall in Zora Hall Coast, and only accesible by using the Hookshot. It is inhabited by the Beavers, who built a big dike. Here Link can obtain an Empty Bottle by running, as Mikau, against younger Beaver first and older Beaver after, in a race across the rapids, crossing all the underwater rings and evading the obstacles. Link can also try again, after obtaining the Empty Bottle, and he will gain a Piece of Heart.
As told in the game by the Beavers, Mikau raced against them in the past but could not beat them.
