The Gerudo Canyon Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
activate the shrine then go here
the crystal is hidden here
pick it up with ultrahand and carry it along the road and up the river to the shrine, set it down where the light beam is coming from and wait for the cutscene to finish or skip it then enter the shine
there's no puzzle here so just walk forwards and collect your reward.
