There is a cave just over the hill to the north called "Tobio's Hollow Cave", go inside and at the end will be a platform with some spears nearby. Grab one of the spears, stand on the platform, and throw a spear into the glowing hole. The spear doesn't go far enough on it's own, so you should attach a keese wing to the spear before throwing it. | |||
