The Fairy Ocarina is the first Ocarina Link gets in Ocarina of Time. Saria gives it to Link when he tells her he has to leave the Kokiri Forest. It is used during the first three Dungeons of the game. After which, Link uses the Ocarina of Time he got from Princess Zelda.
Songs
There are multiple songs that Link can play on his Fairy Ocarina. These include Zelda's Lullaby, Epona's Song, Saria's Song, and the Sun's Song.
