Talk to Kiana when she's standing outside her house in Lurelin Village during the day to begin the quest.
Walkthrough
She needs Goat Butter and a Hearty Blueshell Snail. Goat butter can be bought in Kakariko Village. The snail is on beaches.
Turn both of them for a purple rupee and a helping of Seafood Paella.
Tip: If you have done the Slated for Upgrades Side Quest and have Sensor+, and already have a picture of the snail, you can set it as your Sensor+ target for help in finding one.
