Mount Granajh is a location in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
Mount Granajh is the tallest point at the south end of the Gerudo Highlands. It is located directly east of the South Lomei Labyrinth. The mountain is a bit chilly, requiring Link to use Cold Resistance, either through food or armor, in order to avoid taking damage.

The cabin at the south end of the mountain has a book on a rock. Read the Mountain Peak Log to begin the Secret of the Snowy Peaks shrine quest. At 4pm, the pedestal that is on the side of Daval Peak to the south will shine orange. Link will need to hold a snowball up, with its shadow casting right at the center of the pedestal. Successfully doing so will complete the shrine quest, revealing the Suma Sahma Shrine.

The Suma Sahma Shrine is just a blessing shrine. Open the treasure chest to get a Moonlight Scimitar. Then speak with Suma Sahma at the altar to get a Spirit Orb.
