The Mountain Village can be found in the north section of Termina. The area may only be accessed once Link has obtained the Goron Mask. Several icicles blocks the path to Snowhead, where this quiet little village populated by Gorons rests on the mountaintop. The path of Mountain Village will eventually lead to the Goron Village and eventually to Snowhead, where the second dungeon in the game lies in wait.
The area is covered in a layer of snow, but after the completion of Snowhead Temple, the great ice will melt and springtime will fall upon the land. Zubora and Gabora the blacksmiths dwell in a small house on the hill named the Mountain Smithy, specializing in upgrading weaponry. Link can get his Kokiri Sword upgraded to a Razor Sword, and then to the Gilded Sword.
