The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks exclusively uses the [[Heart Container]] health system throughout the game; Link will encounter no Heart Pieces anywhere. Link begins his quest with three full heart containers but, as the game goes on, Link will collect heart containers found throughout the overworld and after defeating each dungeon boss. Listed below is each Heart Container, along with where it is obtained and how to obtain it.  
''[[The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks|Spirit Tracks]]'' features 13 [[Heart Container]]s scattered across [[New Hyrule]], giving [[Link (Spirit Tracks)|Link]] a maximum of 16 hearts. Of the 13 Heart Containers Link can find, 5 of them are found as rewards for defeating the various bosses at the 5 Temples scattered around the world. There are then 8 additional Heart Containers to find. Below is listing of all the heart containers, in order that you can acquire them.

Spirit Tracks features 13 Heart Containers scattered across New Hyrule, giving Link a maximum of 16 hearts. Of the 13 Heart Containers Link can find, 5 of them are found as rewards for defeating the various bosses at the 5 Temples scattered around the world.
