Nintendo Power Volume 001 (July / August 1988) is the first issue of Nintendo Power magazine, released in July of 1988. Up through the end of 1990, Nintendo Power magazines were released covering two-month periods of time.

Second Quest

There is extensive coverage of the Second Quest of The Legend of Zelda. The feature, titled The Second Quest Begins, provides a full walkthrough of the entirety of the second quest. The Second Quest can be started by first completing the primary game quest, or more easily by entering the filename ZELDA.
