Ordinary wheels won't do it, but there is a nearby [[Stone Slab]] with three [[Big Wheel]]s attached to it. Attach a nearby fourth Big Wheel, as well as a [[Steering Stick]]. Link can then attach Breezer ontop fo the stone slab and bring the vehicle over to Mastro.
