Both the Sword and Wand can damage her although getting close to her is quite difficult without taking damage. The best strategy might be shooting at her with your Wand while dodging and avoiding the multiple attacks that she throws at you and will bounce of the walls. After some damage, a second phase will start where she'll use Venser's dark energy and a black aura will surround her. Shhot her with the Portal Sphere to get rid of that black aura and continue using the Wand.
