Meat for Meat is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.

Overview

Speak with Mezer who is speaking with Cooke. Mezer owes Cooke a Rock Roast or Marbled Rock Roast (depending on whether Yunobo of Goron City has been completed or not) and Cooke won't let him off the hook until he brings him one. Mezer tells Link that there are some roast in the West Restaurant Cave and the East Restaurant Cave, but he cannot retrieve any because he can't get past the lava.

Walkthrough

Speak to Mezer and Cooke at the Bedrock Bistro to begin the quest.
Next to the Bedrock Bistro, follow the tracks to the east, which eventually lead into the East Restaurant Cave.
There is lava inside the cave which requires Link to have a Flame Guard. Just outside the cave there are some Fireproof Lizards. Link can cook them with monster parts to make a Fireproof Elixir, which has a Flame Guard protection.
Some Marbled Rock Roast can be found at the very back of the cave. Grab some and bring it back to the tracks.
There is a Mine Cart in the cave here, with a Fan right through the small hole. Attach the Fan to the Mine Cart and place it on the tracks. Attach the roast as well and then ride the cart all the way back to the Bistro.
Bring the roast on over and speak with Mezer. Link will trade the roast for the Large Zonai Charge, which then allows Mezer to get squared away with Cooke, completing the quest.

Adventure Log

Step	Description
1	The restaurant's chef, Cooke, is angry with Mezer for not finishing his meal. He won't let Mezer leave until he brings more of the marbled rock roast ingredient that was wasted. Cooke says that marbled rock roast can be found in the caves past the cart tracks.
2	You handed over the marbled rock roast, and Cooke finally appears to be in better spirits. As a token of gratitude, Mezer says he'd like to give you a large Zonai charge. Make some room in your pouch and talk to him.
Complete	You handed over the marbled rock roast, and Cooke is in a better mood already. Now that Mezer is free to go, he's going to search for the rumored beast the stables are buzzing about.
