Mogg Latan Shrine, also called Synced Swing, is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.

Requirements

The shrine is located just south of Satori Mountain in the Ridgeland Tower region.

Synced Swing

Use Magnesis to swing the metal platform, and jump across. Swing the next platform as well. Shoot down the ropes with a bow to drop the drawbridge, and then run over and open the chest that could contain a Forest Dweller's Spear

Move the spiked boulders with Magnesis, making sure to place them in such a way that they don't swing back and hit Link. If this is difficult, Link can grab the balls and loop them over the beams that are hung at the top. The balls will then hang high enough for you to walk under. Run up ahead to find another treasure chest that could contain a Forest Dweller's Bow.

Now drag the sliding platform close to you with Magnesis, and ride it over to the others. Create a stair like pattern to get some height, then glide to the chest on the lower level at the far end to get a Gold Rupee. Create another stair like pattern to reach the ledge with the shock crystal.

Burn away the leaves with a fire weapon or Fire Arrow, if your lucky blow it up with a remote bomb, and then use Magnesis to push open the door. Run over to the altar and speak with Mogg Latan to get the Spirit Orb.
