==Mother Maiamai==
Maiamai are pink creatures with shells on their backs, resembling a hermit crab in real life. Due to their small size they can be hard to see and most of the time they are completely hidden from view. To start the quest to look for Maiamai, you must speak to Mother Maiamai. Mother Maiamai can be found in a cave just southeast of your house. You will need the bombs to blow up the boulder blocking the cave. Inside you will find Mother Maiamai. If you speak with her she will inform you that she has lost all 100 of her babies, and will request that you find them while on your journey. For every ten Maiamai you get, she will upgrade your items. If you find all 100 of her babies, she will upgrade your spin attack to the great spin attack, making it double its original size.

We are working on a detailed listing, along with screenshot images and maps of all locations. Check back later tonight or tomorrow for updates.

From your house, go to the bridge north of Mother Maiamai's cave and keep going up until you reach some rock formations. Here hug the right wall while going up and you will eventually reach a Maiamai on top of one of the formations, use the pegasus boots to shake him off. Next go back to the bridge area and head east. You will see a line of trees and the final one will have a hidden Maiamai inside off it. Hit it with the pegasus boots to uncover it. Right after that go up and follow the trail to the Eastern Palace. Stop when you see the crystal switches used to activate the door that take you deeper into the ruins. Go to the railing on the right and you will see a Maiamai on a little indentation on the wall. Merge with the wall and move right until you reach it. Pop out of the wall and collect it. go right and then down the stairs, jump down the railing and go down until you see a lone tree on the southwest point of a square tile formation, on top should be a Maiamai that is reached with the Pegasus Boots. Afterwards go right until you see an opening that takes you south. Take it and as soon as you emerge walk to the edge of the cliff on the left side of it.  Merge with the wall and keep moving left until you reach a overhang. Come out of the wall and move right until you see a big rock. Underneath is a Maiamai that can be reached with the Titan Mitts. The final Maiamai will be in the river leading to the House of Gales. To reach it you must exit the ruins and head to the right. Here go down until you can jump into the river. When inside the water move back up towards the bridge and right next to it will be a Maiamai underwater. Dive down and get it.

Mother Maiamai
