Goponga Island
Goponga Island is a location in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
Goponga Island is one of the largest islands in the Millennio Sandbar, found within the Lanayru Wetlands. There are wooden bridges on all sides of the island that connect with Shrine Island to the southeast, Linebeck Island to the north, and Zauz Island to the north as well. The wooden bridge to the southwest is part of the path that connects with the main road to the west.
Most of the island itself consists of the Goponga Village Ruins. An Electric Wizzrobe patrols the area, and a treasure chest with a Purple Rupee can be found within the ruins.

Tears of the Kingdom
Goponga Island is the large island in the center of the Millennio Sandbar. Most of the island consists of the Goponga Village Ruins.
Korok Seeds
- At the west side of the island, there is a Korok who is trying to get reunited with their friend. Their friend is found on Mercay Island, to the north. Pick them up and take them to their friend to get a pair of Korok Seeds.
Goponga Village Ruins Well

The Goponga Village Ruins Well can be found within the ruins. Inside, there is a Note on the Table, which will teach Link how to prepare Sticky Elixirs (by cooking a Sticky Frog with any monster part). Several Sticky Frogs can be found within the well.
