The Blue Nightshade is a plant and material found in Breath of the Wild. They can be rarely found in forested areas across Hyrule, but mainly in the Necluda and Lanayru regions. A cluster of this plant can be found near the Great Fairy Fountain by Kakariko Village. This plant glows in the dark, making them much easier to pin-point during the nighttime. They can be sold to shop-vendors all over Hyrule for 4 Rupees each. Blue Nighshades can be used in a variety of Recipes, and they have an extra cooking effect of increased stealth.
Enhancements
This material can be used to enhance Link's Armor in the game. In particular, Blue Nightshades can be used to enhance the Stealth Set.
The Level 1 upgrades of the Stealth Mask, Stealth Chest Guard, and Stealth Tights each require three Blue Nightshades. Additionally, the Level 2 upgrades of these armor pieces require five Blue Nightshades, as well as five Sunset Fireflys.
