The Ghost Key is obtained after defeating the Cubus Sisters on board the Ghost Ship in Phantom Hourglass. Following obtaining of the item Link finds the pale Tetra and meets with Oshus, the Ocean King, who subsequently tells him the tale of Bellum as well as his own destiny.
