Veil Falls is the gateway to the Cloud Tops, where the Wind Tribe lives. Biggoron is found there too, and gives link the Mirror Shield if the requeriments are accomplished.
Findings
Link can find four Heart Pieces in Veil Falls:
After using the Cane of Pacci in Lon Lon Ranch;
Waiting for you on the ledge;
After fusing with Gale on top of Cloud Tops;
After fusing with a minish and digging into a cave.
