The Seed Satchel is an item featured in both Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons. In each respective game, it has many applications in the overworld as well as in dungeons. The Satchel uses a variety of Seeds for ammunition.
In Skyward Sword, Seed Satchels hold Deku Seeds to be used as ammunition for the Slingshot. There is a Small Seed Satchel, Medium Seed Satchel, and Large Seed Satchel.
