==Overview==

Six [[Big Octo|Big Octos]] lurk in the [[Great Sea]] in The Wind Waker. When looking to find these fearsome creatures, Link will need to go to the island associated with them. Then, look for a ring of four seagulls, which will cause the Big Octo to appear. Big Octos appear in three different kinds: one Octo has four eyes, three Octos have eight eyes, and two Octos have twelve eyes. The number of hits it takes to defeat them is entirely dependent on how many eyes they have, so the two Octos with twelve eyes are the most difficult to defeat.
