+Link will follow Tulin up the Hebra Mountains where eventually the two will work together to defeat some enemies. Using [[Tulin's Power of Wind]], the two will scale the [[Rising Island Chain]] up into the sky. The two will eventually come across the [[Stormwind Ark]]. After completing the [[Wind Temple (Tears of the Kingdom)|Wind Temple]], Link will receive the [[Vow of Tulin, Sage of Wind]], which allows Link to summon an avatar of Tulin at any point to use his Power of Wind.
