On the left side of the screen, while flying, you will see a altitude meter, which represents how high, or low, you are. Link is the red Loftwing icon in the center of the meter, and the sun icon means your high up, while the clouds icon means your low down. On the bottom of the screen are three wing icons, these are your boosts, which refill over time. You can also slow down by holding down the B button. To go up you move the Wii remote up, and to go down you move the Wii remote down.
