+As soon as you enter, drop to the ledge on the right to get a chest.
+Shoot the crystal to raise the water, and swim across to the other side.
+The next part is semi-annoying. Position the metal barrel (using Magnesis) until it is exactly above the switch that's underneath the water on this side. Use whatever method you need to in order to make sure it's in the right spot, so that when the water drains it will fall to the switch.
+Return to the other side, and use an ice pillar to climb and stand on the platform that the laser emitter is on. It's important to be on this platform and not still on your Cryonis pillar. Once you're on that platform, shoot the diamond switch across the way, which will lower the water. This is when you find out that your barrel is in the right spot or not. If it is, it will open the gate at this point. If it's not, backstep to the previous paragraph and repeat until you're back at this point again.
